We inform you that we can only exchange items in the event of problem with the size/color, NOT for a different model. If you are interested in a different model, you will need to place a new order.
BLINDÉ may refuse to take back items if they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods in the same way that you received them and remember that we will not accept items without their labels.
We inform you that the return of shoes will be refused if they have been worn or if they are not returned in the designer’s original box. That is why we recommend that you try the shoes on a rug.
Returns of items of underwear are accepted provided that the labels are attached to the items. Please try them on over your underwear.
Delivery of damaged/incorrect items
Please contact our after-sales service department immediately if the items you receive are damaged or incorrect. These items will be accepted as a return and exchanged/refunded. Please follow the usual procedure when returning these goods. You can select the reason for returning them in the returns form.
We inform you that we have a maximum of 30 days to make the refund starting from the day on which we receive the returned items at our warehouse.
Of course, we do our utmost to refund you as soon as possible within the 30-day period:
- Credit card refunds generally take up to 5 days from the time we receive the returned items at our warehouse.
We inform you that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order will NOT be refunded.
